Virginia Wollin Obituary
Mrs. Wollin was born on July 16, 1927 to the late Charles Brewster Ellsworth and Ruth Horne Ellsworth. She was a native Washingtonian and attended George Washington University where she was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority.
She is survived by her beloved daughters Diana Wollin of Gaithersburg, MD, Lora Caretto of Germantown, MD, Linda (Russell) Moxley of Mount Airy, MD, Donna (John) Sheehan of Germantown, MD; ten loving grandchildren, Nathaniel Caretto (fiance Lauren Corboy), Christopher (Kristi) Moxley, Jennifer Moxley, Jason (JoAnn) Moxley, Lindsey Moxley, Michael (Jen) Sheehan, Kevin Sheehan, John Sheehan, Bryan Sheehan, Brady Sheehan and two great- grandchildren, extended family and many friends. She was preceded in death by her former spouse, Harold Wollin and her sister Harriet Lee Leathery.
A memorial service where family, friends and others can gather to celebrate her life and memory will be held at Grace United Methodist Church in Gaithersburg, MD on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. A private burial will be held at Parklawn Memorial Park in Rockville, MD.

There are special remembrances and loving times that I enjoyed with my Aunt Ginger. She shared so many fun stories and family memories. Some were repeated as she got older but always so memorable. A beautiful, strong woman. Love you always!
