Barbara C. Carter
Barbara C. Carter, 67, of Spotsylvania County died Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at her residence.
Survivors include her husband, Norman Carter; two daughters, Norma Carol Lancaster and Lynn Carter; four brothers; her granddaughter, Savannah; and her son-in-law, Greg Lancaster.
A funeral will be held at noon Wednesday, May 26, at Covenant Funeral Service Fredericksburg Chapel. Interment will follow at 2 p.m. in Quantico National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 25, at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to the Best Friends Animal Society, 5001 Angel Canyon Road, Kanab, Utah 84741-5000.
