Janet Southall Obituary
Janet is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse Rice and Dorothy Rice. She follows her siblings, Herbert Marshal Rice, Ray Mason Rice, Donald Rice, and Jacqueline Ellyson into heaven. She is survived by her sister, Delene Gray; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on November 16, 2025, at 3 p.m. at Montague Baptist Church in King George, Va.
