Percell Smith Obituary
Percell M. Smith
Percell McKinley Smith Sr., 65, of St. Stephens Church departed this life Saturday, Oct. 5, 2013, at a Richmond hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Sylvia A. Smith; two sons, Mark Anthony Smith and Percell M. Smith Jr. (Nicole); one grandson, DeRon A. Smith; and two brothers, John Beverly Smith and Charles Edward Smith, both of Indian Neck.
A visitation will be held from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, at Washington Funeral Home, 1404 Tappahannock Blvd., Tappahannock, and from 6 to 8 p.m. at First Mount Olive Baptist Church, 7820 Newtown Road, Newtown, where a funeral will be held at noon Saturday, Oct. 12. The Rev. Drucilla Tate, pastor, will officiate. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
