Ruby K. Heflin
Ruby K. Heflin, 78, of Elkwood died Friday, June 8, 2012, at Mary Washington Hospital.
Mrs. Heflin was a member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church in Woodbridge. She loved spending time with her family, friends and her dog, Lollipop. She enjoyed playing bingo and computer games.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, George J. Heflin; two children, Debi Bowman and husband, Charlie, Mark Heflin and wife Tammy; sister Janet Brooks; three grandchildren, Amber, Kristen and Shalynn; great- granddaughter Shelby; and her close friends Brianna Claxton and Donna Hoosier.
A service will be held at noon on Wednesday, June 13, at Hopewell United Methodist Church in Lignum. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
Interment will follow in Culpeper National Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Hopewell United Methodist Church, 23557 Lignum Road, Lignum, Va. 22726.
