Sandra Melick Obituary
A devoted educator, Sandy graduated from Clarion University and earned a Master of Education from Penn State University. Sandy was an active member of Hillcrest Methodist Church in Fredericksburg and volunteered for several years with the Bluemont Concert Series.
She is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Lynn (Jeff Russell), and her sister, Gayle Rippe.
Friends and family are invited to a memorial service at Hillcrest Methodist Church on April 11, 2026, at 11 a.m. Instead of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory to Hillcrest Methodist Church (https://hillcrestumc.com/) or the Alzheimer's Association (https://www.alz.org/).
