Anna Hazen

Novi - Age 89, entered into eternal rest on December 30, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Charles Hazen; cherished mother of Thomas Hazen, Michael (Christine) Hazen, John (Cindy) Hazen, Catherine (Mark) Borovich and Colleen (Michael) Konkle; eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild. Sadly, Anna is preceded in death by her daughter, Christine Hazen (d. 1969); siblings, Edward (Adele) Webster and George (Marie) Webster. Anna was an excellent vocalist who loved music and singing for enjoyment. She sang in several music groups, one being the Sweet Adelines in Farmington. She loved to travel with Charles and with the Nomad group. The highlight of her winters was the time spent in her seasonal home in Florida. Visitation Sunday, January 5, from 2-8 pm, prayer service 7 pm, at the Heeney-Sundquist Funeral Home, 23720 Farmington Road (btwn 9-10 Mile Rds, just N of Grand River), Downtown Farmington (248-474-5200). Funeral Mass Monday, January 6, 10 am (9:30 am in-state), at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church (23815 Power Road, Farmington). Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield.
