He was the best. He pushed hard to make my position at Macomb full time. Honest and hardworking certainly describes him. I never met anyone who didn't like and respect him. I'll think of him often, esp. when fishing for smallmouths off of Waugoshance Point.

Jim was one of my favorite people at Macomb College, always helpful and supportive. His son Dan was a student of mine at the college.
I offer my remembrance to Dan and the family.

My deepest condolences to you all. Jim was a big part of my Dad's world as was Lyle Robertson,Joe Allen and Carmine. Jim was regular in opening up our place in Grand Marais and was a guest of my
folks at Michawye. All the guys are together now. Sharing fish stories--jokes --MCCC dreams.
