I offer condolences to Mr. Barnett's family. He was one of my favorite mentors when I was assigned to USATARADCOM in 1977. Randy Boschulte

I had the privilege of meeting Lowell only a few times throughout his lifetime. His dear sister, Sharon, was a fellow employee at Quincy University and I always enjoyed keeping up with Lowell's family and latest travels and activities. He was a loving and gracious gentleman whom I admired very much. My husband and I are saddened at his loss and offer prayers for the family.

Lowell was a pure and practical "executive." I was a stranger to TACOM and Lowell welcomed me with open arms. Made me feel like "one of the boys." I hadn't seen him often since I retired but he will remain a fond memory for me.
