I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I knew
Bill for only a short time beginning this late December at Hillside Terrace. We were table mates those first two weeks, eating lunch and dinner together. His stories about the Indians, WWII, and old time American West were captivating. I wish I had known him for a longer time. I salute you Bill

Patt,

We were so sorry to hear of your dad's passing while we were on vacation. We wish we could have been at his service. We have heard it was wonderful!

We will remember Bill from our Euchre Parties he attended. He sure loved the game and was quite the avid player!

God Bless,
Rick & Danette

We have lost a nice, nice man. They are hard to come by and his presence in the services at St.Andrew's in Dexter will be missed. Rest well, Bill. You have earned it.

Heartfelt and heart-full sympathies to the family. It was our distinct pleasure to have known, learned from - and loved - him over the years as our extended (and adopted) family. Bill was an energetic joy and we learned so much from him. Although his presence in our lives will be physically gone, we know that the love and knowledge that he extended to us in all his endeavors will forever remain. We'll pass that knowledge and memory along (along with the stories) and it will never be forgotten. With love,

The Vivians

Bill was a special Uncle, we had some great talks over the years. Listening to his stories while serving in WWII were very interesting. He was a very kind and loving man. I am so thankful that he entrusted me with Grandma Fern's books on the Follmer and Lowery families Genealogy. All will miss his smile! Please accept our deepest sympathy for your loss.

Bill was introduced to me as a Leader in the Optimist club of Lincoln, NE. His tireless efforts to raise funds for "Helping kids be better" was my introduction to sharing my talents. His war stories, railroad models, and encouragement by sharing his written poems are in my file. My prayers are with the family as Bill is showing me his example of faith for eternal life.

He, his siblings and parents are now together again. What a gathering that must be! He will be missed by many but leaves a lot of wonderful memories.

Mike and I so enjoyed knowing Bill, being the lucky recipients of his knowledge of planes and the milirptary, as well as enjoying his endless energy and wit.
He lived a long and blessed life, and was endlessly loving and grateful to his children.
Mike and I heard wonderful and intriguing stories of daughter Patt amd her Dad,
That everyone could be so lucky to have had a Dad as special as Bill.
