Born June 4, 1907, in Juniata County, he was the son of the late E. M. and Katherine (Kreiser) Bowersox, and the widower of Margaret E. Bowersox who died in 1988.
Mr. Bowersox was a retired farmer and a member of Trinity United Church of Christ.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Boyer Funeral Home, 101 W. Main St., New Bloomfield, with the Rev. Alan K. Foor officiating. Burial will be in Bloomfield Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
