My 50 year High School reunion is coming up. So I was looking through my yearbooks to familiarize myself with old classmates. And of course there was Mr. Crows photo in the music groups. I was thinking about Mr. Crow and decided to Google his name. I am saddened that he has passed.
Mr. Crow was my band director in 1968 and 1969 at Bullard H. S. In Fresno. He was a great director and he really had us all motivated. I was in the marching band, concert band, orchestra, and jazz band.
He was strict. But fair and made music fun. He would always tease me that I was called by first name and middle initial. Barbara L. I have always appreciated everything he taught me.
My condolences to his family and friends.
God Bless,
Barbara L. Washman

Our fathers were partners in Crow Harr Lumber Co. Barry and I worked together at the business every summer from a very young age through our teenage years. We really didn't have a choice, we were expected to work and I am sure the origins of Barry's lifelong
work ethic began at the lumber yard. I enjoyed my time with Barry at Roosevelt High School and Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. My sincere condolences to his family.
