Beth Cheatham Obituary
Beth is the beloved daughter of George and Ann Cheatham. She will be greatly missed by all her Fresno friends. A Memorial Service will be held at Northwest Church Chapel on Wednesday, September 12, 2007, at 4:00 p.m.

Well, Cheats...This will be off line tomorrow, and when I signed it at the time, I couldn't write anything, because I was just in total shock that I couldn't pick up the phone and give you a call. I think about you every day, and miss you terribly! There aren't any words to discribe how much I valued our friendship. Although we hadn't talked in a month or so, you were always in my thoughts, and you will forever be. I'm glad you are now in a better place, but the selfishness of wanting you here with us is hard to overcome. I guess you can't have too many guardian angels, because now you can watch over all of us like you did when you were here on Earth. Thank you SO much for the wonderful memories...I will laugh and cherish them always. Love you always and forever...CHEATS!!!!

There are few people on this earth that are capable of possessing the golden heart that you had. It was apparent to me from the day we met that you were a true friend to all that knew you. I’m sure I am not the only one who could see this in you. Like most of us, there are many memories that we have of you, but I certainly remember your willingness to hop in the car and get out of town for the weekend. You sure made things fun during those times! Mandy and I will forever hold you in our hearts, and will continue to be thankful for you having been a part of our lives, regardless of how short of period of time it was. We will always cherish the times we spent with you and we know that you will be looking down upon us. We’ll see you soon Beth!!!

Even though we have not talked in a while I have thought of you often and I know that you can hear me now....I thank you for inviting "the new girl" on a girls night out limo ride years ago....The friendship that came after that is one I will never forget...we had some great times together and many roadtrips that will stay in my heart forever. It was my honor today to speak at Beth's funeral and to honor her life. I'm so impressed with the way her father and mother brought her up. She truely is an amazing woman. My prayer is all who remember her life would not be left alone in your grief but be strengthened by God Almighty. May you find in Jesus your eternal hope to see her again in life eternal.

My precious friend, I miss you more than you will ever know :( We have been friends from the time you came to Fresno, many years ago! Although we are years apart in age you and I connected a long time ago and I am grateful to have shared so many precious memories with my girl. Remember our road trip to Los Angeles? You standing on your head in the hall, doing the splits, still makes me smile? We have been inseperable for a long time :).............You and I have come a long way over the years, you finally trusted in me, my love and commitment to our friendship. Thank you for trusting and believing in me my girl! I love you so much, and miss you desperately. Beth, you have been by far the most loving, giving, selfless person I have come to know and I know you know how much I "LOVE" every inch of you! You are soooooooooooooo sensative my "baby", which is something I absolutely love about you! I miss our "road trips" and only you will know these words that came from your lips often "I'M ON IT"!!!!!!!!!! I miss you so much. You loved my boys and they loved their Auntie Cheats. Thank you for sharing holidays and family events with us, especially the Turkey after Emma was born. I will always remember you sitting on the couch with me in awe of her littleness. Our family will miss you. You always remembered us and made sure we had a good time with the kids at various events. I only wish I would have taken the time to tell how much we loved you and what a great friendship you shared with Susan. You are in my prayers now and forever!
