Our thoughts and prayers are with you during these difficult and trying times. I enjoyed seeing Danny and his wife at the 20th RHS reunion. We laughed and joked about our younger days. As expected the conversation turned to what each of us was doing in life. Danny beamed as he went into detail about his wife and each of his children. To the Estrada family I hope you draw comfort from the fact that Danny is in a far better place enjoying his new body. God bless each of you

I first met Danny in 7th grade at Yosemite MS. We were not close then but in the ensuing years became good friends. We played football together for Roosevelt, hung out and were excited when we both got ours first cars to fix up and cruise. (he loved his Cougar). My fondest memory is of the warm funny and caring person he was and will always be.
My heart and prayers go out to the family and friends of this great friend and wonderful man.

My mom called to tell me about Danny's passing last week. I began reflecting on the last time I spoke with him and the first times we met and exchanged insults as kids -it was our childhood innocence that allowed us to do this. Still, even as kids at John Burroughs elementary school, Danny had a great sense of humor -I can still hear his giggle. Those were the days that he and "Bubbles" did a lot of that giggling together. We continued to attend all of our school years together, except 9th grade. I had some contact with Danny when he was sick before, which is when Danny then helped me to realize the importance of life in a new way I hadn't contmeplated before. I haven't seen much of him since high school, but he really glowed and expressed a graceful appreciation for life and his family in a way that was gentle and noble when I did see him.
I will remember Danny Estrada.
My condolences to you, his family. May you all, especially his wife and children, be embraced with love, family, friends and the comfort of his memories.
Blessings, Rita

My thoughts and prayers are with you as you go through this incredibly sad loss. I remember Danny most by his friendly smile. I always remember him smiling. I was in his class also at Roosevelt. May God bless his family and close friends with his ever knowing love.
In deepest sympathy,

Danny, was truly a person that I called not only my friend but my "Hommie" I've know him for 25 years, from Sequoia. He alway had a smile on his face and made me laugh. I remember speaking to him at our 20th class reunion, his wife pulled me a side and told me Danny wanted to talk to me. We had a wonderful conversation. I will truly miss his spirit and his warm smile. My prayers goes out to his family and friends. I can truly say "What a special person" he was to many.

My deepest condolences to you and your family for your loss. Although Danny and I weren't close, we attended the same high school, shared the same friends, and his name was one that was heard often throughout the campus. My prayers are with you as Danny leaves this place to go home and continue his life with the Lord. God Bless.

My deepest sympathies to you Dolores. Danny was a good friend in school and it was so good to see him at both reunions. I visited him in the hospital years ago when he first got sick and he wasn't able to speak. I saw in his eyes that he remembered me. Then meeting you at the 10 year reunion, he said he married the most beautiful woman in the world and he was so proud of his new twins. He always thanked me for helping him pass Government so he could graduate and he was my partner for Baccularreate. I'll always remember how conceded he was always telling me he wasn't conceded, he was convinced that he was fine. It drove me crazy he knew it. I have pictures of him going back to 9th grade and I'll be sure to give them to you tonight. My prayers go out to you. God Bless you for making his life complete.
