March 17, 1929 - October 10, 2023
Reedley, California - Doris Unruh Hofer, wife of Rev. Clarence E. Hofer, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2023 at the age of 94. Doris was a multi-faceted homemaker, raising five children and working alongside her husband in their egg business, on their vineyard, and in church ministry. She also was a Home Interior displayer/manager and loved music, painting, gardening and tennis. She was devoted to her family and her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her brother Ray Unruh of Squaw Valley, CA, five children, Barbara Fels of Morgan Hill, CA, Norma Hamm of Bella Vista, AR, Sandra Harper of Lakewood Ranch, FL, Doug Hofer of Visalia, CA, Patti Roeske of Irvine, CA, ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, Oct. 23, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Reedley Mennonite Brethren Church.
