I'm sorry. I posted my message with an error. I called Drake's late wife Pam, however reading past messages I was reminded her name was Pat. Pam was one of his sisters. My apologies.

Oh, wow! How long has it been? I retired from United Security Bank in 2020, but began working with Drake for Rhodlee in lending from 2001 until he he left for a better job opportunity. (Can't remember what year that was.)
My husband and I remember watching him and Pam dance together at the Christmas Dinners in Yosemite at the Tenaya (sp?) Lodge, and that he gave our team beautiful Christmas gifts. He was fun to work with. May he rest in peace, and may the Lord comfort his family always.

Drake was the only father in law I ever knew and loved. I miss the fun we had, already. He was our first house guest when we moved to Alabama a few years ago. He was Pappa Drake to us. Lots of great memories.

I met Drake over in Coos Bay, Ore. in June of 1970 when I moved there after High School and we just lived a couple homes apart and him and his younger sister Pam and I become really good friends. This was before I knew any thing of there older sister Deedee who (a little later) became my wife. Drake and I used to pal around together and had a lot of fun. He could be really funny at times and a really good sense of humor and I know he kept me laughing a lot. I really drew close to Drake over the years and did value his friendship both as a friend and brother-in-law. He was really a great person. A guy, I for one, will really miss in a lot of different ways. Drake was a good, caring kind of guy. I know we will all miss him, I know I will. How ever, he did know our Lord Jesus Christ and one day we will meet with him once again along with all of our other friends & family and what a day that will be!!! Right now he's in a place that goes way beyond our way of thinking and I for one is counting when that day will be!
Until we meet again Drake,
Love and miss you a lot!

I am so sorry to read that Drake has passed away. I worked with him at United Security Bank. He was the sweetest guy. I loved He and Jan dancing the night away at our annual Christmas party. I remember one Valentines Day when Pat had a group of singers from Fresno State come to the Bank and sing My Funny Valentine to him. We were all crying just watching Drake's reaction.
Drake always enjoyed a good joke as well. I loved his laugh. I know that he and Jan are together now floating across the Heavens. I'll miss you, Drake.

I worked with Drake at Bank of the Sierra for many years but left in April of 2017 and just heard of his passing. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He was a true professional with high ethics and was always a pleasure to chat with. He will be greatly missed........

Drake was such a wonderful part of my life. We were introduced by Margo when we were 18. We dated and became engaged, never a dull moment. We laughed, loved and lived without a worry in the world. While with Drake I became close to his Mom, Ronnie & Judys family and of course his very special sister Pam...
Our engagement dissolved but we continued to love and care about each other for many years to come.
I was very happy to have reconnected with Drake after we both lost our spouses. Drake was one of the loves of my life and I will hold our memories in my heart until we meet again.

Drake was the youngest (and last) of our four brothers. Drake, though your physical presence will be missed, I will keep many loving (and funny) memories of you alive in my heart. You loved to entertain us as kids (and adults) and make us laugh. You were such a caring and generous part of our family. So glad you are out of pain now. Love you brother!
P.S. Picture of Drake is when he stopped to visit me in Oregon on way to see his ill, older brother Butch in 2011. Brother-in-law George is on left.

I am so saddened by Drake's passing. I worked with him for a few years before he switched employment. What a terrific man. I missed watching him and his late wife, Pat, dance so beautifully at our employer's Christmas Dinners. Drake, you will be sorely missed! My heart goes out to his family, and I offer my prayers during this time of grief.
