Eileen Nelson Obituary

Eileen M. Nelson
December 15, 1933 - July 18, 2021
Clovis, California - It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of our mother. Born in Dayton, Ohio, Eileen passed away peacefully in her home town of Clovis for the past 50 years.
Eileen was an avid horsewoman. She loved breeding, raising and showing Arabian horses. She boarded countless horses and was happiest when everyone came over on weekends to ride, groom, play and just enjoy their horses. For many years she rode in the Clovis Rodeo Days Parade on one of her beloved horses in an Arabian Costume.
She often said she had a full, wonderful life and was blessed to have had two loving husbands and so many wonderful friends.
She is survived by three children and their spouses, Bev Mahuron and husband Ron, Don Nelson and wife Tina, Jeff Nelson and wife Lori, 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
