Harriet Hunter

HARRIET HUNTER Harriet, was born on July 9, 1917 in Sanger, CA, and passed on in Clovis, CA, on December 16, 2002, after a lengthy illness. Her pleasures in life were homemaking, helping those she loved, playing golf and sewing beautiful clothes. After her children left home, she became a Realtor and helped others establish a home in which to enjoy each other and their family. Harriet was preceded in death by her husbands, Douglas Hunter of Fresno, CA, and Emmet Remy of Reedley; her son, Kent Hunter; and her grandsons, Craig Hunter and Jeffrey Kiggins. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Walter Blore; her daughter-in-law, Nancy Hunter; her granddaughter, Kimberly Smith and her husband, Bob; her sisters, Joann Rogers and Ruth McClosky; and her brothers, Jim Mead and Tom Mead and his wife, Barbara. Graveside Service will be held at Sanger Cemetery, on Friday, December 20, 2002, at 2:30 p.m. Remembrances may be made to American Cancer Society, 2222 W.
