JACQUELINE PHILLIPS Obituary

Jackie Phillips was born on October 3, 1934, in Fresno, CA. She passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2014. Jackie graduated from Fresno High School and went to work for the telephone company and later married Don Phillips. She worked there for several years and then became a stay at home mom. As her children got older, she went to work for Fresno Unified School District. She retired after many years as an Office Manager. Jackie is preceded in death by her parents Reinhardt and Arvegine Simmons; and her beloved, husband Don Phillips. Jackie is survived by her son, Michael Phillips and his wife Theo and her daughter, Renee Tindall; grandchildren, Terin Meade, Janell Christansen, Melanie Phillips, Nolan Phillips, Donnie Tindall and Michelle Tindall; and six great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at Tinkler Funeral Chapel on Friday, May 2, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The American Cancer Society, 2222 W.
