M. Glen Clark

Fresno, California - Glen Clark, 83 of Fresno/Caruthers area passed away from a heart attack on a trip to Arkansas, that his grandchildren fondly referred to as his "Farewell Tour."

Glen was born in Alicia, Arkansas to George and Christine Clark on November 5, 1940. He was very proud to say he was born in Arkansas and took every opportunity to return to his roots. He made sure that all four of his grandchildren had the opportunity to visit his home state. During his teen years his family moved to Orange Cove where he met his future wife Belma (Mayfield) of 65 years at the Orange Cove Theater. Glen and Belma moved to the bay area where he became a drywall installer, which later led him to a successful 37-year career as a drywall contractor. They eventually moved back to the Fresno/Caruthers area where he enjoyed farming and was a truck owner/operator. Faith and Family were very important to him. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior at the age of 24. Glen and Belma worked with the youth group and children's ministries at their church and raised both of their daughters in church. He was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He will be missed and cherished by his wife, Belma, daughters Melody (Ben) Jackson, Melinda (Paul) Paboojian, grandchildren, Jonathan Jackson, Jessica (Matt) Pestorich, Justin and Jaden Glen Paboojian and his newest addition, great grandson, Risto Clark Pestorich. As well as his brothers, Lonnie, and Don Clark.
