Mark Bombini Obituary
March 28, 1961 - April 5, 2022
Fairfield, Idaho - It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Mark Sergio Bombini of Fairfield, Idaho on Tuesday, April 5th, 2022 at the age of 61 years.
Mark was born on March 28, 1961 to Mauro and Elizabeth (Saam) Bombini in Fresno, California. Mark graduated from Fresno High School in 1979 and attended college at California State University Fresno. Mark worked for Johnny's Market & Café and Save Mart Supermarket. He was a wonderful son, brother, cousin, uncle, father, and grandfather.
He loved spending time with family, searching for those rare World War II artifacts and restoring World War II vehicles. He was always happy and willing to help anyone who needed him. Even though Mark was quiet, he had a huge impact on his friends and family. Everyone's life was made better just by knowing him and he is deeply missed.
Mark is survived by his sons, Ryan Bombini; Ryan's wife, Natasha; and his granddaughters, Aubrey and Stella, all of Wasilla, Alaska and Nicholas Bombini of Fairfield, Idaho; his sister, Lisa (Bombini) Weaver and her husband, Jim, of Clovis, CA; his nephew, Zachary Weaver and Zachary's wife, Nonie-Ann, of Tacoma, WA, and his niece, Hannah Weaver, of Clovis, along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Mark is preceded in death by his father, Mauro Joseph Bombini and his mother, Elizabeth Irene (Saam) Bombini.
A celebration of Mark's life will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, May 28th at one of his favorite places, Eagle Field at 11100 West Eagle Avenue, Firebaugh, CA, to celebrate his wonderful and amazing life.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, June 4th at Manard Cemetery in Fairfield, Idaho.
Memorial Donations may be made in Mark's name to Camas County for the EMS Fund at PO Box 430, Fairfield, ID 83327 or to Camas County School District for the agricultural department at 610 Soldier Rd, Fairfield, ID 83327.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff of Camas County Emergency Medical Service and Camas County Sheriff Dept. for their care and compassion.

Known Mark for decades thru our mutual love of collecting of all things WWII. He was always the first to say hello, always with a smile, always ready to help in any way he could. One of the truly nicest persons in the world. I will miss you.
