I met Mike about 15 years ago... we remained good friends. He was always there for me. I know he's smiling down on us yelling..."Go Dogs!"

I met Mike about 30 years ago, when he was at Controlco. I was working for a consulting mechanical engineer at the time. Mike was the best, I could always go to him with controls questions or if I needed controls details for plans he always came through. He always had time to let somebody pick his brain or to answer a question. Mike was so very full of life in everything he did. We had kept in touch through the years and loved catching up whenever our paths crossed. Mike will be greatly missed in every community he touched. Maybe God called him home early because he needed a guy with a great attitude, generous spirit and winning smile, I know guys like that are few and far between. Prayers to Jennie and the family!

I was blessed to marry Mikes daughter Courtney in 2012. When Courtney and I first started dating she asked me if I was a Bulldog fan...I answered, not only am I an alumni, there isn't a bigger fan than me.... she rolled her eyes at that comment and said you haven't met my dad yet. Of course she was right (as usual) After meeting Mike I soon learned I wasn't the Dogs biggest fan. Ill always cherish the time I spent with Mike, football games, vacations, tail gates, but most of all was the conversations we had about his/our family. His love for his/our family was unparalleled! Mike would talk about how much he loved his family and backup the words with action. I will always be humbled by his examples of faith and giving. Mike also had a love for his community and would spend his free time helping others and serving friends, family, and strangers. Mikes favorite Fresno State football coach was Pat Hill. Pat Hill had a motto...Anybody, Anywhere, Anytime. Mike lived that motto, he would help Anybody, Anywhere, Anytime and you wouldn't even need to ask... Mike would just be there.

Miss you Mike

I met Mike and his family when my family relocated to Fresno in 2012. His cousin Rebecca and I are good friends. We didn't know anyone in the area. Mike and his family welcomed us into their home and even took us to a Bulldogs game. What a fun day that was! Mike's enthusiasm and love for his team was contagious!! A genuine and good person who enjoyed helping others. Condolences to the family for the loss of this wonderful man.

I first met Mike when he started working for Controlco in Fresno and also met Jennie at Controlco before she became Mike's wife. Mike was always my go to guy for any help I needed on control issues. I loved our back and forth interaction on Face Book and will definitely miss that. Mike you were one of a kind and we will all miss you dearly!
