Thanks for the memories. I will always remember visiting you and Hildo. I loved your wonderful food and Hildo's garden. He was so proud. I will never forget the time that my brother and I ran to meet the train. My Mother got so angry with us. We got a little too close for comfort.

I have been missing Gramma for a long time. The most important memerable thing about Gramma was her faithfulness to pray me as a young man. I also remember her constant concern for my mother-in-law and my nephews Sammy and Anthony. She always asked about them and prayed for them regularly. A funny moment occurred when I was attending Fresno City College. I visited her at lunch and she fed me one of "those meals". I told her I was going to take a nap and asked her to make sure I awoke before 5:00. When I got up at 7:30 pm and asked her why she didn't wake me, she said "you were sleeping so good I couldn't get you up". I don't remember what class I missed, but I do remember the peacefulness of her home and the incredible meals. I still miss Grama and Grandpa, but they have left me with a legacy I hope to continue.

I have many happy memories of my Grandma, but as everyone will agree, her cooking will never be forgotten!
