Richard became a great Madera grape rancher, wonderful neighbor and friend. He helped the family out a lot when my dad passed away in 1987, leaving my 23-year old brother Jeff to suddenly 'take over' the ranch.
We shall miss Richard, his smile and his latest great deals.

I AT FIRST DID NOT REALIZE THAT RICHARD WAS THE PERSON WHO BOUGHT MY DAD'S RANCH IN MADERA. MY CONDOLENCES ON HIS PASSING. HE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT AND WAS ALWAYS NICE TO MY MOTHER. MY MOTHER WOULD ALWAYS MENTION TO ME THAT HE HAD COME BY AND ALWAYS ASKED HER HOW SHE WAS DOING. AGAIN MY CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY.
