Ronald Dangaran

Ronald Dangaran was born in Selma, Ca on May 22, 1933. He passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2007, after a courageous four month battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 74. He was the second oldest child of Alfonso and Feling Phyllis Dangaran. Dr. Dangaran had many honors and firsts to his name. He was the recipient of many local and national awards. He was the first Filipino Superintendent in the United States. Loretta Haw, and Robert and Gilbert Dangaran are his beloved siblings he leaves behind, along with their beautiful spouses Philip, Barbara and Esther. Ron is also survived by Eva, his loving wife of 52 and a half years; his cherished sons, Michael Ronald Dangaran of Fresno, and Rev. Steven Patrick Dangaran and daughter-in-law Janet; grandchildren Ryan, Kelsey and Jon Marc of Salem, Oregon; and granddaughter, Jordan Lomeli-Perez Dangaran of Madera. He also leaves behind his wonderful relatives from the Dangaran, Autentico, Bilar, Panetto, Ventura, Cordova , Balucas, Marr, Cordona, Bernas and Reyes Families, along with many treasured close friends. A Graveside Service will be held at Belmont Memorial Park on Saturday, June 23, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. A Memorial Service will be held at First Baptist Church, 1400 E.
