Grandma,
I love you so much and I miss you incredibly. I know you touched the lives of many people who came in contact with you. I am grateful for all the years I had you in my life, and all the wonderful memories I have of us. I remember when you used to take me to the arcade, it seemed like you enjoyed the games more than I did. Grandma you truely were an inspiration in my life. There will never be a day that I dont think of you. I love you Grandma

Ruby was a very dear friend to my mom Evelyn, and a special person to my sister and I. In most recent years my mom would go to Ruby's house and sit and talk, drinking and smoking. The last time we saw Ruby was at her bar on Ocotber 23rd. She looked really good and was having a great time with my mom, Loretta, Susie, and Barbara. I am sure she is up in heaven smoking and having cocktails with her friends that passed before her, smiling down on all of us... Ruby you were my mom's best friend, and we will never forget you, or that secret "Bloody Mary Mix!"

Ruby will live in our hearts forever! She was family to us...she watched me and my sister Chris grow up, and celebrated with us when our children were born...our last memory of Ruby is at my husband's surprise bday party on 10/23...she had a great time with her good friends Evelyn (my mom), Loretta and Susan. I will always remember her enjoying life to its fullest!

Ruby was a legend in Clovis, If there was a book about Clovis she and and her restaurant would have to be mentioned. Troisi's was a landmark in Clovis where many notable's would eat and drink at her bar. I was her dishwasher in the 70's, while I was in High School. I remember peeking into a police car behind the restaurant and the Chief of Police came out and asked me what I was doing. There several fights there , and I remember Ruby getting right in the middle of them, including the last day she owned the establishment and one on Rodeo Weekend, when I worked on a Sunday Morning and picked up broken chairs . I will always be grateful to her for giving me my first job, right after my father died. She was an insperation to me and to all who got to know her.
