Aunt Shirley,
It was so nice to see you two weeks ago. Emma and I loved laughing and reminiscing with you about Shorty and Grandma's Billy Club. We'll cherish the time we had together and think of you each time we make one of your recipes, or use the salt and pepper shakers.
We know that you're at peace now, looking down on us all with Shorty and Grandma Verba.

I'm so thankful to GOD that Shirley was across the street from me for the last 3 years since I've moved here. l will never forget my friend Shirley's beautiful smile and sweet conversations. I have comfort in knowing she is in Heaven and walking the streets of gold with Our Savior JESUS. I was so happy to see Shirley so well loved by her nice Husband Louie and very caring Family. My Mom passed away, also on September 8th, but 12 years ago. It is hard but GOD will bring you all through. I'm sorry for your loss. GOD Bless You. Kathy, Kelly, and Joshua Tatum.

Shirley was one of Adele's favorite cousins,
they were close friends growing up. we got to spend some time with the Nelson's a few times through the years, though we live in TN.
