i was saddened to learn of susan's passing, and it bothered me all week, until, i read the tribute in the eureka times, and learned of her activites, and her involvement concerning the welfare of young and old alike. i knew sue during her time at fsu, and we were freinds until i left the area for work, and we lost touch. the world is a better place for her being here, and a little sadder for her passing. i'm releived to know though, that there was happiness in her life.

My beloved wife, Susan; I loved you from the moment that we first met & you will always be in my heart. We were the best of friends. You showed compassion to those around you & blessed their hearts with Gods love. You were truly an example of what our creator wants each of us to be like & now you are in the joy of His presence. I look forward to the day that I can be with you again in that eternal joy. Until then, my heart will always have a place for your beautiful presence, which only you could ever fill. Time will bring us together again & what joy that will be to be with you in the presence of Jesus.
From the depths of my soul,
