Brenda Evans Obituary

Service will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home Chapel for Brenda Kay Evans, 59, Alabaster, who died Tuesday, April 22, 2008, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center. David Shirer will officiate. Burial will be in Liberty Hill Cemetery on the Pleasantfield Road. Kilgore-Green Funeral Home, Jasper, directing.

Mrs. Evans was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Katherine Blevins.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Oscar Evans, Alabaster; sons, Joel Evans, Montgomery, and Richard Allen Evans and wife, April, Moody; grandson, Connor Reese Evans, Moody; brothers, Danny Blevins and wife, Betty, Gadsden, and Billy Blevins and wife Margaret, Glencoe; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home.

"Momma kay" as Connor will know you when we tell him all the fun and wonderful stories that we have of you. Don't worry - your love for him will be known through these stories as you will live forever in our hearts. Allen, Joel, Connor and myself will be fine as we know you are up there watching down on us with all of your love!
