Kathy Beavers Obituary

Ms. Kathy Ann Beavers made her transition on Thursday, May 12, 2016. The homegoing celebration will be at 1 p.m. on Monday at Antioch Baptist Church. Pastor Larry Weathers is officiating. Interment is to follow at Lincoln Hill.
Kathy was educated in the Gadsden City School System, graduate of Gadsden High School Class of 1977. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Hannah Rea Beavers.
She is survived by her son, Kenyan (K.J.) Beavers; brothers, Bobby (Johnice) Beavers, Kenneth (Glenda Faye) Beavers; sister, Janice Beavers; nieces, Persephone, Kim, Lisa; nephews, Terry and Taija, whom she loved dearly; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Service by professionals, Gadsden Memorial Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends tonight at the funeral home from 6 to 8.
The body will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to service.
