Warren Knowles Obituary

?Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Shiloh Baptist Church for Warren C. "Dago" Knowles, 76, Gadsden, who died Friday, Aug. 6, 2010. The Rev. Elijah Fowler will officiate. Burial will be in Lincoln Hill Memorial Park. Wellman Funeral Home directing.
He is survived by loving wife, Dora Knowles, of the home; three brothers, Horace (Alma) Knowles, Gary, Ind., Ernest (Doris) Knowles, Norfolk, Va., and Leon Knowles, Gadsden; one sister, Dorothy (Ernest) Price, Chicago; four sisters-in-law, Margaret Vinson, Detroit, Earlean Robinson and Dorothy Patrick, both of Gadsden, and Laura Vinson Glass, Westland, Mich.; two brothers-in-law, Robert and Clarence Vinson, both of Gadsden; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Public visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
