Dylan Daniels Obituary
Gaffney, SC - Dylan Kenneth Daniels, 23, of 422 Killion Drive, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
Born in Spartanburg, he was the son of Charmaine Murphy Daniels and the late Ricky Eugene Daniels. He was a graduate of Kings Academy, attended Spartanburg Community College, was employed by Carolina's Finest Plumbing in Charlotte, and of the Independent Baptist faith. He loved his family and was a beloved uncle, enjoyed basketball, and was an avid Raider fan.
Surviving in addition to his mother is a brother, Justin Daniels of Gaffney; a half-brother, Richie Daniels of Spartanburg; a nephew, Jayce Daniels; grandparents, Joe & Marie Hawthorne of Concord, NC. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles Kenneth Murphy and Shirley Elizabeth Fuller.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM on Monday, January 15, 2024 at Open Door Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 1:30 PM at the Church with Reverend Joe Brackins and Reverend Richard Sellars officiating. Interment will be in Frederick Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: American Heart Association, P.O. Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
The family will be at the home of David Lee & Amanda Dover, 317 Killion Drive, Gaffney, SC 29340.
