Gaffney, SC - Gabriel Evan Allison, 18, of 2102 Union Highway, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 1, 2024.
Born in Spartanburg, he was the son of James Allison (stepmother Curstie) of Gaffney and Alison Wright of Gaffney. He was a graduate of Gaffney High School, formerly worked at Hamricks, was an U.S. Army recruit, and attended Central Baptist Church. He loved his family, hanging out with friends, being with his Nana, and video games.
Surviving in addition to his parents and stepmother are two brothers, Xavier Hughey and Gracen Allison, both of Gaffney; two sisters, Kylah Ree Allison and Jade Marie Farish, both of Gaffney; maternal grandmother, Dawn Pruitt Wright of Gaffney; maternal grandfather, Benjamin Wright of Gaffney; paternal grandmother, Carrie Campbell Davis of Gaffney and paternal grandfather, James "Jay" Allison of Gaffney; aunt & uncle, Jessica & Brandt Wetzel of Moore; special cousins, Artemis & Hunter Wetzel.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Monday, January 8, 2024 at Blakely Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 11:00 AM in Frederick Memorial Gardens with Reverend Joe Mac Sparks officiating.
