Kim Perry Obituary

Gaffney, SC - Kimberly "Kim" Marchelle Perry, 56, of 248 Euphra Drive, passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2025 at Cherokee Medical Center.

Born in Gaffney, she was the daughter of Peggy Jean Horne Hammett of Jonesville and the step-daughter of Jerry Wayne Gibson of Pacolet. She loved her fur-babies, Peanut and Stormy, formerly worked in textiles and was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are two sons, Jeffery Bostic (Kristen) of Pacolet and Cory Gray (Katlyn) of Timmonsville; a brother, Jerry Lee Gibson (Renee) of Pacolet; five grandchildren, Alyssa Bostic, Gavin Bostic, Harrison Gray, Waylon Gray and Lainey Gray; a niece; and a nephew. She was preceded in death by two brothers, John Gibson and Bert Gibson.

The family will receive friends from 12:30PM until 1:30PM on Friday, September 5, 2025 at Blakely Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 2:00PM in the Goucher Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Joel Phillips officiating.
