Michael Mullinax Obituary
Gaffney, SC - James Michael "Mully" Mullinax, 72, formerly of Fairfield Apartments, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Peachtree Centre.
Born in Gaffney, he was the son of the late Claude Mullinax, Jr. and Lois Queen Mullinax. He was a graduate of Gaffney High School, retired from textiles, a U. S. Army veteran, and a member of Cherokee Gospel Tabernacle. He loved his family, singing karaoke and watching sports.
Surviving is a son, William Mullinax of W. Columbia; a daughter, Julia Renae Mullinax (Samuel Berry) of Leesville; a grandchild, Samiya Berry.
The family will receive friends from 12:00PM until 1:00PM on Wednesday, November
19, 2025 at Cherokee Gospel Tabernacle. Memorial services will immediately follow at 1:00PM at the Church with Reverend Richard Sellars officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Cherokee Gospel Tabernacle, 631 4th Street, Gaffney, SC 29340 or Palmetto Patriots Home, 120 Hampshire Drive, Gaffney, SC 29341.
The family will be at their respective homes.
