Pennington-Crow announced Obituary

Theresa Bostic announces the engagement of her granddaughter, Alyssa Danielle Pennington of Gaffney, to Colby Dylan Crow, also of Gaffney.

Miss Pennington is the daughter of Hollie Bostic of Gaffney. Her grandparents are Theresa Bostic and the late Ronnie Bostic, and her great-grandparents are Jerry Mathis and the late Carolyn Mathis, all of Gaffney. She is a graduate of Gaffney High School, Spartanburg Methodist College, where she received an associate of science degree, and The University of South Carolina, where she received a bachelor of fine arts. She is employed as a teacher at McCracken Middle School in Spartanburg and is the softball coach at Spartanburg High School.

Mr. Crow is the son of Richard and Lori Crow of Gaffney. He is the grandson of Linda Keener of Smyrna, South Carolina, the late Charlie and Terry Busby of Rock Hill, South Carolina, and the late David Crow of Gaffney, South Carolina.

He is a graduate of Gaffney High School and USC Upstate where he received a bachelor of science. Mr. Crow is employed as an assembler at Freightliner and is a baseball coach at Gaffney High School.

The two will exchange vows on December 13, 2025, in North Carolina.
