Susan Williams Owens, age 68, of Sevierville, TN (formerly of Gaffney, SC), passed away Monday, November 17, 2025.
Susan was affiliated with the southern Baptist denomination. She was a manager for Waffle House for over 10 years and enjoyed true crime, dogs and spending timewith her grandchildren.
Susan is preceded in death by her mother Janile Margaret Williams. Survivors include her husband Norman "Chuck" Owens, Jr.; son Jeremy Foster and wife Maria; daughter Cassy Walker; step-sons Jerimiah Owens (Tracy), Shane Owens (Jennifer); stepdaughter Casey Johnson; as well as grandchildren August Campfield, Ethan Vinesett, Alek Foster, Jackson Foster, Chelsea Johnson, Caitlin Johnson, Carly Johnson, Maddie Owens, Jaxon Owens, Ella Owens, Scarlette Owens, Olivia Owens; and one great-grandchild Cooper Blackwell. In addition, she is also survived by her brother Todd Melton; and sisters Anna Williams and Amy Tackett.
A memorial service will be held from 12 noon - 4 PM Saturday, December 6, 2025 at the home of Anna Williams, 225 Pearson Street, Blacksburg, SC 29702.
