From the first day he starting working at High Springs we had an instant bond, He was working 3rd trick clerk/operator and I was 3rd trick South End Dispatcher. When he was promoted to train dispatcher and moved to Jacksonville we started playing golf together and did so until the birth of his first child, then he became a dedicated father. He talked of his girls often, he was a proud father.
His laughter, humor, and easy going attitude make him the most liked person I ever knew.......I will miss him.

My beloved cousin and friend. Randy will be missed in abundance. He was a gifted, loving man in every respect - as a husband, father and family man as well as a friend to so many. He was exemplary in the way to live a life without judgement or hostility. He clearly showed that although you may move away from home, it does not have to diminish your family connection. I am sorry that his beautiful family did not have more time to spend with him. I think he might agree that there would never have been time enough. Love and prayers to the entire family from myself and Paul
