Jack Herbert Moye Sr. Obituary

Jack Herbert Moye Sr., age 59, of Waterwood Drive, Gainesville passed away Thursday, May 28, 2009, at his residence following a brief illness.
Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday, May 31, 2009, at 3:30 p.m. in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. Nathan Ridgeway will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 29, 2009, and Saturday, May 30, 2009, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Moye was born May 14, 1950, in New Berg, Ore. He served in the U.S. Army and was of the Methodist faith. Mr. Moye is preceded in death by his father, Herbert Moye. He was loved by all that knew him.
Mr. Moye is survived by his wife, Beth Moye of Gainesville; daughters and sons-in-law, Robin and Jeff Pittman of Dawsonville and Stephanie and Scott Burtz of Murrayville; daughter, Mary Howington of Dacula; son and daughter-in-law, Jack Jr. and Barbaleena Moye of Gainesville; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; mother, Roena Moye of Tucker; sisters, Marie Knight of Tucker and Gail Dillion of West Virginia; brother, Bill Keeney of Oregon; and a host of other relatives.
Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Road, Gainesville, GA 30504 is in charge of arrangements.
