Patricia Ann Blackburn

Mrs. Patricia Ann Blackburn went peacefully to be with the lord on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016. Mrs. Blackburn was born in Habersham County to the late Gail and Ethel Bristol. She worked over 50 years at Scovill Manufacturing as a purchasing agent as well as Dr. Lester's Chiropractic Clinic. She was also a faithful member of Nacoochee United Methodist Church in Sautee, Georgia. Her true joy spending time with her family and caring for her pets Bear, Maggie, and Bright Eyes. Mrs. Blackburn was driven and passionate woman with a wonderful contagious smile.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Mack Blackburn; her son, Kasey Blackburn; and her father, Gail Bristol. She is survived by sons and daughters, Rick and Connie Blackburn, and Kenny and Kim Blackburn both of Cleveland; her two grandsons, Shane Blackburn of Gainesville and Peyton Blackburn of Cleveland; and her three great-grandchildren, Jackson, Madison and Luke. She is also survived by her mother, Ethel Bristol; sister, Linda Watson; and brother and sister-in-law Hugh and Jane Blackburn; as well as nieces and nephews, Cynthia Watson, Sharon Elrod Carroll, Todd Blackburn, Victoria Truelove, Donna Thompson; and lifelong friend, Frances McKay.

A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home Sunday, Nov. 27, 2016, at 3 p.m. The family will receive friends at 1 p.m. prior to the service.
