Paul Kevin Hooton Obituary
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He loved hockey, football and music. He loved to cook on the grill. He loved Christmas and Halloween. He worked for Hardy Chevrolet for 15 years. He was preceded in death by his father, George Hooton Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Hooton; son, Paul Hooton Jr. of Smyrna; and daughter, Jessica Manus and her husband, Duran, of Flowery Branch; mother, Dorothy H. Hooton of New York; brother, George Hooton III and his wife, Robin, of New York; sisters, Elaine Hooton of Maryland, Karen Hooton of New York and Lauri Balbi of Florida; grandchildren, Ashley Manus and Jonathan; cousin, Barbara Dorsey of Cleveland; and a host of other relatives.
Funeral services will be held at noon Saturday, May 17, 2008, at Memorial Park South Chapel. Officiating will be Father Fred Wendel. Inurnment services will be held at a later date in the Veterans Section of Memorial Park South Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Northeast Georgia, 743 Spring St., Gainesville, GA 30501. The family will receive friends Friday, May 16, 2008, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Memorial Park South Funeral Home, 4121 Falcon Parkway, Flowery Branch, GA 30542; 770-967-5555.

I worked with Paul on two occasions. WHAT A GREAT GUY!!!! He will be greatly missed, my heart goes out to his lovely wife, son and daughter. May God comfort you'all now in your time of loss.
