Hazel Bartlett Obituary
She was born Oct. 13, 1928, to the late Arthur and Annie Rector in Carroll County.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Elmer E. Bartlett.
Survivors include sons, Darrell Bartlett and Donald Bartlett, both of Galax; two sisters, Lorene Rector and Wanda Bobbitt; three brothers, Fred Rector, Gene T. Rector and Dean Rector; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A funeral was held Sept. 18, 2014, at Twin County Funerals Sanctuary at 10 a.m. Pastor Ted Bartlett officiated. A burial will be private.
