Willis was a wonderful man and much larger than life. He will be greatly missed by many. I met him when the Prouts moved into my neighborhood and I met Ryan. Always caring and kind with people. I love you and miss you Willis. You exposed me to so many amazing things and people.

I met Willis many years ago. In the past few years I had the pleasure of visiting him at his Ontario Store either on Tuesday or Thursday since he did not have a dialysis scheduled for those days. He was always interested in real estate and did not want to miss an opportunity.
I will miss him.

Shop the find would like to send their condolences to Jenny and her family. As The owner of shop the find Willis was my best friend and mentor. If I had a question he would get it answered or send me in the right direction. He would tell me the only thing better than money was inventory. I have known Willis from the age of 6 years old When he 1st Spanked my butt In the pool hall In Bellevue Ohio. Believe it or not I respected him from that day on. He Became like a father to me And would Call me his 2nd son. After Ryan passed away he would even ask me to call him dad. If he saw a little Ryan in me I am glad to have given him that. We went many places together over The 45 years. My 1st BMW my 1st triumph spitfire my 1st motorcycle All came from Willis. I became quite the pool player and still only ever beat him 1 time. Jenny your dad loved Sherri faithfully and loved you more than the world. Let it be known that he is Loving her tightly again. He built his legacy for All of you. With tears in my eyes I will miss him tremendously and already do. With all said I love you Willis Prout. Go rest high on that mountain Buddy.

The man who never saw a car he didn't like

I remember working on his vette when he was at Galion Building and Loan. Always liked Willis as he was a very cheerful man and treated you like a good friend. I am very sorry for your loss, he will be missed by all that had the pleasure to meet him.

Willis was a fun guy in high school and from what I understand he continued that tradition as an adult. I know he is having fun now. Enjoy the reunion with family members and friends who have passed, Willis! And, of course, much sympathy to the family, but know that Willis will always be as near as your thoughts.
