Alex Hynd Obituary
Born on September 16, 1954 in Philipsburg, PA, he was the son of the late William & Nellie (Hubler) Hynd. He married Brenda Denochick on August 14, 1982, in Morrisdale, PA; she survives at home.
Alex was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Brian Lee Hynd; four sisters, Helen Hynd, Linda Socash, Mary Fleck and Jean Hamilton; and four brothers, William Hynd, Archie Hynd and two infant brothers.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Ray S. Lowe & his wife Amanda of Elizabethtown, KY and Alex R. Hynd, Jr. & his wife Becky of Osceola Mills, PA; a sister, Kathy Woods & her husband Russ of Omaha, AR; two brothers, Robert Hynd & his wife Sandy of Houtzdale, PA and Roy Hynd & his wife Diane of Osceola Mills, PA; eight grandchildren, William, Chadrick, Miley, Alexandria, Elijah, Abigail, Kayden and Dominic; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. on Friday, January 19, 2024, at Health Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, 701 Lingle St., Osceola Mills, PA.
