Edward Sloop Obituary

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Edward Sloop Jr., 45, passed away on July 22, 2008, at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Fla.

Born in Wilmington, North Carolina he lived in Belmont before moving to West Palm Beach in 1989. Edward was employed by Tuppens Marine in Lake Worth for the past 4 years as a master technician.

Edward was a member of Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. He was a member of the North American Fish-ing Club and the Yamaha Elite Club.
Edward is survived by his wife, Thomassenia of West Palm Beach; a son, Michael Anthony and a daughter, Katelyn Magnolia; his mother, Betty Jo Sloop of Wilmington and father-in-law, T.J. Culp of Belmont; and many extended family throughout the Carolinas.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Christ Fellowship Church-Smith Chapel, 5312 Northlake Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Leukemia Foundation would be appreciated.
