Mary Troublefield Obituary

STANLEY - Mary Hill Troublefield, 71, passed away April 11, 2014.

She was born in Mecklenburg County, daughter of the late Frances Woodcock Murphy and Laddie Sylvester Hill. She loved the outdoors, dancing and 50s music.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years Larry Kent Troublefield Sr.; three sons, Lenny Murphy and wife Angels of Concord, Jonathan and Mark McCall; four sisters, Barbara Helms of Charlotte, Rebecca Fronberger and husband Joe of Charlotte, Judy Poole and husband Jerome of Fort Mill, and Brenda Wilson and husband Rick of Stanley; one stepson, Larry Troublefield Jr. and wife Nancy of Lake Wylie; one stepdaughter, Michelle Chidister of Myrtle Beach; four grandchildren, Josh McCall, Brooke Allmon, Joey and Jason Mullis; one great-grandchild, Jonathan Mullis; two stepgrandchildren, Thad Troublefield and Lindsey Chidister.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Troublefield will be held 3 p.m. Friday, April 18, 2014, at the Woodlawn Chapel of
Woodlawn Funeral Home in Mount Holly.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Gaston County, PO Box 3984 Gastonia NC 28054.
