Monica Osornio-Perez Obituary
She was born May 4, 1982, in Gaston County, daughter of Harold Randy and Rebecca Ann Jenkins Phillips.
A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia.
The family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Road, Gastonia.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Jose Raul Osornio-Perez; daughters, Annie Marie and Sylvia Renee Osornio-Perez; grandfather, Rufus W. Jenkins; sisters, Amanda Soto and spouse, Carlos, Jessica Aguilar; brothers-in-law, Ruben and Joe Osornio-Perez; nieces, Kayla and Saramae Phillips; nephew, Jay Phillip Collins. She was preceded in death by a son, Jonathan Nathaniel Osornio-Perez; grandparents, Joane Grigg, Dewey Phillips, Jessie Reba Jenkins; nephew, Nathan Kane Archer.
Arrangements are with Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, Gastonia.

Monica you were always a great friend to me from Elementary school all the way thru High School...I hate that we lost touch after school but I loved you anyways!
