Patsy Greene Obituary
A native of Cleveland County, Patsy was the daughter of the late John William and Etta Beatty Costner Canipe.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Cecil Burton Funeral Home of Shelby and other times at the home at 802 Charles Road, Shelby.
Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Cecil Burton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Cleveland Memorial Park.
Cecil Burton Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family.

Aleta,What a wonderful tribute to your mother. I so enjoyed knowing Pat and all the good times we had when I was her hairdresser for 30+ years. She was an amazing woman who never stopped helping others and sharing her experiences. She will be greatly missed. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family during this sad time.

Aleta, What a beautiful and well deserved tribute to your mother. She led such a rich and full live as a wife, mother, grandmother and in all of her public service. She was quite a woman. You all have been so blessed by her and will continue to be by all the memories of her life and contributions. My thoughts and prayers will continue to be with the family. I love you my friend.

I worked with Pat at JCPenney for about 15 yrs. I worked in the office and she was the Catalog Supervisor. She was smart, hard working and a lot of fun to be around. She was a sweet lady who will be greatly missed. May God be with you at this difficult time. Barbara Smiley
