Tammy Dowdy Obituary
Tammy was born July 5, 1971, in Tampa, Fla.
Memorial services to celebrate Tammy's life will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Eastside Church of the Nazarene, 3250 Redbud Drive, Gastonia with the Rev. Joe Bell officiating.
Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to the service.
Inurnment will be private.
Survivors include her parents Larry and DeAnn Biggerstaff. Children, Keisha, Nick and Larry Dowdy and also Daniel Biggerstaff. Brother, Michael Biggerstaff, grandfather James M. Biggerstaff and grandmother, Ruby Pounds and also her granddaughter Marleigh.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gaston Hope in Christ, PO Box 550030, Gastonia, NC 28055.
Arrangements handled by Benson Funeral & Cremation Services, Mt. Holly.

Tammy you were always so full of life, with a wonderful, caring, giving and loving heart. I couldn't believe the words I was hearing the night I received that tragic phone call. I can only take solace in the fact that you're in a better place with our Father in heaven as well as all our loved ones that went on before you. Hug, kiss and tell everyone I love, miss and think of them daily. May you all RIP until we're all together again. Love Always

Tammy I will never forget you. you were a very sweet and loving person to be around! I remember when me and my brother use to come play with the kids when we were little! I love and miss you very much. rest easy baby girl! prayers out to the family.
