Vinnie Waters Obituary
She was born March 7, 1920, the daughter of the late Vicie Jane Eaker Brackett and Benjamin Campbell Brackett.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Monday at Mount Moriah United Methodist Church.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Stamey Funeral Home – Fallson.
Burial will be at the church cemetery.
